Patricia currently
works as a mentor and coach of leaders, executives and
executive teams. As an organisational
development consultant she has worked with Executive Teams,
CEO’s, Boards and middle managers in a wide range of
private and public sector organizations. She has specialised
in the areas of leadership development, organisational and
culture transformation necessary for individuals, Teams and
Boards to meet and maintain the objectives and values of
the organisation.
Patricia began her career in the areas of
education and clinical psychology. Early in her career she
consulted to educational facilities in the area of leadership,
learning environments and organisational systems. Within
the clinical area she worked for many years with individuals,
couples and families. She was also a supervisor and consultant
to other psychologists and teams. These experiences highlighted
the power of self and interpersonal awareness to transform
individuals, teams and organisations. Subsequently she has
been invited to present at conferences and workshops on leadership
and culture change.
Patricia is an engaging communicator, who
exudes natural empathy and honesty from a strong intuitive
base. Her success as a mentor is based on her ability to
listen, challenge strongly, offer sound advice and maintain
clarity of purpose. She has a thorough grasp both of the
theory and practical application of leadership and management
competencies. She naturally links personal and team development
with business objectives.
Patricia delivers her expertise across a range
of leadership and management competencies, including the
development of emotional intelligence, coaching and mentoring,
motivation of staff, effective dialogue, the process of delegation,
feedback and accountability at all levels, time management,
effective and timely problem solving and decision making,
