Paula has a successful track record in senior Human Resource management roles with extensive experience across a various sectors and a broad range of industries including IT, construction, manufacturing and health, with multinationals, SME’s and the public sector.

Paula’s consulting expertise is in the area of HR best practice solutions.  She has delivered major organisational change initiatives and implemented performance, talent management, leadership development, recruitment and succession programs.  Paula is highly skilled in team facilitation, training and mediation. 

Paula’s special interest is in working with HR professionals as a Mentor-coach.  Paula is committed to Mentor-coaching as a key initiative in a company’s learning and development program and she uses a results oriented approach, levering on people’s strengths to facilitate achievement of their career and business goals. 

Paula’s background at a senior HR level as well as her professional experience as a Psychologist, Trainer and Mediator gives her the edge in Mentor-coaching.

Paula holds a B.A Honours degree in Psychology, and a Professional Development Certificate in Executive Coaching from the University of Sydney.  Paula is a registered Psychologist, Fellow of the Australian Human Resources Institute, a member of the International Coach Federation and a Nationally Accredited Mediator.
