Trina holds Bachelor qualifications in Business Studies with majors in Accounting and Computer Science, as well as Post Graduate qualifications in Education (she is a qualified teacher) and Counselling.

Building on her business and computer science training, Trina spent the early part of her career, developing her expertise in business analysis, re-engineering and business management consulting with over 100 organisations. It was during this time she came to appreciate the importance of the individual in building a strong corporate culture. Growing with this understanding, for the last ten years Trina adjusted her professional focus to work predominantly in executive development and personal growth.

Trina’s skill set is in providing executive coaching, with 360 degree feedback, change management, organisational audit and development as well as team effectiveness programs.

Trina is passionate about relationship building. Her success is built around her ability to quickly build strong relationships, based on trust and honesty providing a secure transition for growth. Due to her strong management background Trina understands the language, politics and needs of the corporate world as well as the personal difficulties in achieving the balance of work, family and personal goals.
