Culture, an organisations personality,
is a powerful force in every organisation. Understanding
the culture of your organisation, of which you are apart and
in which you operate, is essential to business success. It
opens pathways to maximising the potential of your people,
and guiding the development of the right structures, processes
and systems to achieve your vision, objectives and long term
success.
So often a narrow view of culture
is taken, one that emphasises structure, processes and behaviour
alone. Nothing could be further from the truth - culture is
about your people, the norms and expectations of behaviour
which have been set over time within your organisation and
how people “feel” about
the way the organisation operates.
Mentors provide individualised
culture change programs for your organisation by assessing
the current culture, assisting you to articulate the desired
culture (i.e. the norms, values, behavioural expectations
and emotional climate) and then conducting a gap analysis.
From this a program is developed for the organisation which
